Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients and respect the time of our therapists, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or do not show up, a fee of 50% of the booked service will be charged.
